StoneWest Homes’ geographic focus is purposely narrow, centering around the master-planned community of Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley.  While always cognizant of other opportunities, StoneWest has chosen to primarily limit its range to this location due to our belief in its long-term viability and Oro Valley’s proven track record of aesthetically pleasing and natural, harmonious developments.  StoneWest’s owners have both long been involved in helping to develop the Rancho Vistoso area and have made significant investments into its future growth.  Not only is the company headquartered here in Oro Valley, but both the owners and other staff reside within the community as well.
